The Apprentice Graduation is the county's annual ceremony recognising the incredible achievement of our apprentices. The graduation ceremony is free to graduates and recognises apprentices at all levels. It provides a wonderful and important opportunity for apprentices to be recognised equally to their peers undertaking other forms of education and training, including university graduates.

The Kent and Medway graduation ceremony returned to Rochester Cathedral in 2022 and 2023 and will again be held at this wonderful venue to Rochester on Friday, 18th October 2024. 

Approximate timings for the event are (subject to final registration numbers):

10:00-11:30am - gown collections in Quire

11:30am - Guests to assemble in Cathedral Nave & apprentice gradunands in side Nave area.

12:00 noon - Ceremony commences

02:00pm - Ceremony concludes

02:15-03:15pm - gown returns

Employers and providers can register apprentices for the graduation! Apprentices should speak with their training provider or employer about registration, but can self-nominate/register if necessary.
