This registration portal is for graduate extra guest seats. Places are limited to 40 on a first come first served basis, to a maximum of 2 extra guest places. 

Only Validated Registered Graduates can request these extra seats using their email address.

Employers and Provider Guests must not use this registration option.

This registration closes on 8th October or earlier if all places are taken before this date.

We will confirm extra graduate guest place requests by Monday 12th October, so please check your email inbox and spam / junk folders! Our confirmation email will be sent 7 days before the Graduation and acts as the ticket for extra guests. This must be brought to the ceremony for them to gain access. This can be on a mobile phone but must include the email of the apprentice that requested the extra seats.
