This registration portal is for graduate extra guest seats. Places are limited to 75 on a first come first served basis, to a maximum of 2 extra guest places. 

Only Registered Graduates can request these extra seats using their email address. Employers and Provider Guests must not use this registration option. This registration closes on 3rd October or earlier if all places are taken before this date.

We will confirm extra graduate guest place requests by Monday 6th October 2025, so please check your email inbox and spam / junk folders! Our confirmation email will act as the ticket for extra guests and must be brought to the ceremony for them to gain access. This can be on a mobile phone but must include the email of the apprentice that requested the extra seats.
